The Role

As SMB Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and expanding a growing team of Account Executives focused on small and mid‑market clients.

You’ll act as both a strategic leader and a hands‑on contributor, driving outbound growth, mentoring your team, and closing key deals.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3–4 Account Executives.
  • Define and execute the SMB go‑to‑market and outbound strategy.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Operations, and Data Marketplace teams.
  • Forecast and manage pipeline performance using a data‑driven approach.
  • Maintain ownership of select key accounts while supporting your team’s growth.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B Tech Sales (AI, Data, SaaS, or Professional Services).
  • 2+ years managing sales teams
  • A track record of building and executing growth strategies and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, data, or analytics solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience selling into SMB or mid‑market clients, particularly in tech‑driven or startup environments.
