For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Data Strategy and Governance roles.
• Strong understanding of data governance best practices and key concepts (data ownership, metadata, lineage, data quality, master data).
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Fluent in English (C1) and fluent in Portuguese
• Available for hybrid work model (2x/week) in Lisbon or Porto.
