The MICE Sales Manager will play a key role in driving group and event revenue across Highgate’s Portugal portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and key partners. This role will be instrumental in positioning our properties as preferred venues for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events in both domestic and international markets.
