We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Almada As a Metal Fabricator you will be responsible for cutting shaping and assembling metal parts to create structures and products This is a hands-on role that requires experience with various tools and machinery as well as knowledge of different types of metal and their properties

Responsibilities

• Use blueprints drawings and specifications to determine project requirements
• Cut and shape metal using tools such as shears saws drills and grinders
• Weld or solder pieces together to create assemblies
• Measure and mark reference points on metal pieces for cutting and bending
• Operate machinery such as presses rollers and brakes to bend and shape metal
• Inspect finished products for quality control
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of various types of metal and their properties
• Proficiency in using tools such as shears saws drills grinders welders etc
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements
• Physically fit to handle heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality control

Salary We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position

Location This position is located in Almada Portugal Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in the area
