Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or diploma in business or retail management preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Merchandiser to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding product orders and delivery schedules.
• Assist in tracking sales performance of products and making recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper display of products according to brand guidelines.
• Help coordinate visual merchandising strategies for different product categories.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and sales data.
• Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to make informed decisions on product assortment.
• Support the development of creative marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
