VitalEssence Spa in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to lead buying and presenting products across our retail locations. You will develop strategies, analyze trends and work closely with suppliers and marketing to maximize sales and profitability.

The role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on merchandising experience, and the ability to train junior staff while managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines. Salary is $1800 per month and accommodation will be provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.

Senior Merchandiser in Lisbon, Portugal

We are hiring a Senior Merchandiser to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the buying and selling of products in our retail stores. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to make informed buying decisions
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of products
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are displayed attractively in stores
• Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotions and sales strategies
• Train and mentor junior merchandisers on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels at all times
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and presentation

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
• Experience working with retail systems such as inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strict deadlines

Location: This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
