NTU International is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the programme's MEL framework for the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme - AESPP Boost.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, results-based management, and data analysis, with 4 years in MEL design for donor-funded or multi-partner programmes, plus strong English language

Qualificações

• Master's degree in evaluation, statistics/data science, development economics, social sciences, or a related field.
• Alternatively, four additional years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be an asset.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, results-based management, programme evaluation and/or applied data analysis.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in designing or operating MEL frameworks for donor-funded or complex multi-partner programmes.
