Körber Supply Chain is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Portugal to design and develop innovative conveying technology solutions for customers worldwide.

You will create and analyze layouts, manage installation documentation, and support on-site installation and commissioning. Strong AutoCAD skills and a degree in Mechanical Engineering are essential, with international travel up to one month yearly.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong experience and skills in AutoCAD are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Inventor, SolidWorks and Revit is a plus.
• Experience in steel structures and layout design.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment safety standards (Machinery Directive).
• Team spirit, leadership, organisational capacity and proactive mindset are strong plus.
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel locally or internationally up to 1 month per year.
• Ability to work across different time zones in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed engineering for conveying technology systems.
• Analyze layouts and system parts, identifying faults and specific requirements.
• Identify and validate technical specifications.
• Handle both internal and external clients.
• Create and manage installation documentation.
• Manage site problem reports and open points.
• Support installation and commissioning teams on-site when needed.
