International Schools Partnership Limited in Portugal is seeking an experienced educator to plan lessons, prepare materials, and manage grade books while collaborating with psychology and academic teams to support students' needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Education or Psychology (Master's preferred), has at least two years in education, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, with proven English fluency and proficiency in digital tools.

Qualificações

• Proficiency with digital tools and classroom tech.
• Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced level of English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsabilidades

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
• Maintain the grade book up to date; enter grades on time.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Keep the classroom decorated with lesson-related materials.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
• Attend meetings with teachers, coordinators, and assist principals.
• Attend institutional workshops and participate in parent meetings and school activities.
