Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Marketing Project & Workflow Manager to own end-to-end design project delivery across digital assets. You will coordinate across Marketing, Product and Development, ensuring on-time launches and consistent brand execution.

You will define scopes, timelines and briefs, optimize processes, and support website updates and CMS content across platforms. Excellent English communication is essential in a remote, globally distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end workflow for marketing design projects from intake to launch.
• Define scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designers.
• Prioritize requests with Product and Development teams, balancing urgency and capacity.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and identify risks or blockers.
• Ensure on-time delivery, within scope, aligned with business objectives.
• Liaise between Marketing, Product, and Development to align priorities.
• Translate product/technical requirements into design briefs.
• Lead regular reviews and feedback loops with stakeholders.
• Oversee website launches and updates plus content coordination across CMS and marketing platforms.
• Maintain brand alignment across digital touchpoints.
• Improve processes with templates and tools; document project tracking.
