Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with proven expertise in the automotive sector, specifically second-hand car sales. The ideal candidate will lead marketing efforts with a strong focus on customer journey improvements, from ad exposure to conversion on the Klass Wagen website.
This role requires the ability to build from scratch in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and coordinate effectively with external agencies to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for car sales with a focus on digital channels
- Optimize the customer journey: from ad impressions to website visit, lead generation, and in-person visits to Klass Wagen branches
- Manage relationships with external agencies (digital, creative, media) to ensure high performance and ROI
- Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns using performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, and display advertising
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages, website UX, and conversion funnels to maximize lead-to-customer ratio
- Analyze campaign and website performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to management
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth alignment between marketing campaigns and business goals
- Monitor market trends in automotive and second-hand car sales, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s is a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive marketing, with specific knowledge of second-hand car sales strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, customer journey mapping, and performance optimization
- Track record of working with external agencies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Fluent communication skills in English; other languages like German, Romanian, Hungarian are a plus.
