Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a driven marketing coordinator to join the Dutch Team in Lisbon and localize our best campaigns. You will optimize ads, manage projects with an agile approach, and collaborate across channels to strengthen Emma's brand.

You will work in a fast-growing, international environment, own your projects from plan to delivery, and communicate status with stakeholders. English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

• Strong stakeholder management and hands-on ownership of marketing channels.

• You will join the Dutch Team to bring to life our marketing strategy - optimize and localize the best advertisements, deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
• You will identify and structure, together with your team, key challenges and the best action plans to strengthen Emma's brand preference.
• You will develop project plans with an agile and results-oriented approach.
• You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.
• You will be able to work with different marketing channels and assess the impact of your projects.
• You speak fluent English, Dutch is a plus.
• You have collaborative skills and an analytical mindset.
• You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
• You are structured and organized.
• You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels
