Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Supply Creation Manager to lead our IPP Lite buy team. This pivotal role ensures seamless execution of supply operations, driving excellence in buy activities. This person will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, resolving escalations, and ensuring operational continuity with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. This position is critical to maintaining supply chain agility and supporting business growth through proactive problem‑solving and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the IPP lite team, ensuring operational excellence, timely issue resolution, and consistent delivery of high‑quality outcomes across all supply activities.
  • Drive buy decisions in line with the supply plan and respecting market SLAs.
  • Own process execution, identifying and leading process improvements. Drive projects implementation and contribute to system and process enhancements to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders in Market SCM, Sourcing, and GBS to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between the operations team and cross‑functional partners to support alignment and transparency.
  • Develop deep operational expertise in departmental processes at the execution level to support informed decision‑making.
  • Lead issue assessment, making timely and confident decisions to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying and implementing initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, ensuring strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in an operational role, with a strong understanding of operational processes and challenges.
  • Problem‑Solving Skills: Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly assess issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected issues and changes in the workflow with flexibility and composure.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and support the operations team through challenges.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with operational software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, additional language is a plus.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, and information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries.
