IQVIA Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) invites applications for a Scoring Delivery and Operations Manager to lead end-to-end COA scoring delivery, coordinating from source material through validation and release across IQVIA’s scoring products. You will work directly with clients and study teams to define scoring approaches and delivery timelines.
You will manage a structured, multi-stage scoring pipeline, identify risks, and provide clear status updates and recovery plans.
IQVIA Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) organization leads the industry in generating data to ensure that the patient voice is incorporated into the development and commercialization of medication and other drug/non‑drug interventions. The Scoring Delivery and Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery and internal operational workflow for COA scoring. The role will work directly with clients and study teams to assess scoring needs and methodologies, define the appropriate IQVIA solution and delivery approach. The position will take overall responsibility for coordinating the ingestion of new scoring algorithms—from source‑material collection and BRD development through scientific review, test‑dataset generation, scoring‑library programming, validation, QA and release across IQVIA’s scoring products. The position will also serve as the principal client‑facing contact, providing expert guidance, clear progress updates and a responsive, client‑centric experience.
