Provide input on the strategy, development, and scaling of Agentic AI capabilities that transform how commercial teams access insights, make decisions, and execute work. Design and deploy intelligent AI agents that autonomously analyze data, generate recommendations, orchestrate workflows, and accelerate business outcomes. Partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to embed Agentic AI into commercial processes, ensuring solutions align with business priorities, customer needs, and governance standards. Drive the evolution of AI platforms, knowledge frameworks, and operating models that enable scalable, secure, and trusted AI solutions across markets while allowing flexibility for local adaptation.
We are looking for a hands‑on analytics leader who can connect business needs, data, analytical methods, and technology delivery.
You will work closely with stakeholders across more than 50 markets to identify high-value use cases and translate them into practical analytical solutions. You should be comfortable moving between stakeholder discussions, direct data investigation, analytical prototyping, and coordination with data engineering and technology teams.
The ideal candidate can independently explore data using SQL and Python , evaluate data quality and feasibility, and develop prototypes in environments such as Jupyter or Databricks notebooks. You will not be expected to productionize solutions independently, but you should understand how analytical prototypes progress through data engineering, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
You should have experience applying analytical techniques such as segmentation, clustering, classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, experimentation, optimization, or NLP. More important than expertise in every technique is the ability to select an appropriate, explainable, and scalable approach for the business problem.
You will also help define business logic, data requirements, trigger conditions, prioritization criteria, success metrics, and enhancement roadmaps. You should be able to communicate analytical findings, assumptions, risks, and limitations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also care deeply for our teammates’ well‑being and growth.
