Alignerr is seeking experienced management and leadership educators to shape how AI understands organizational behavior and leadership. This remote, hourly contract invites you to review AI-generated scenarios and provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning in managerial contexts.

You'll work asynchronously on your own schedule for 10–40 hours per week, with opportunities for ongoing collaboration on cutting-edge AI projects with leading research labs.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong grounding in organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Able to critically evaluate decision-making processes and articulate tradeoffs clearly.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and assessing the quality of recommendations.
• Self-motivated and reliable — you can meet deadlines without hand-holding.
