Alignerr is seeking experienced postsecondary Business instructors to shape how AI understands real-world business concepts. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week.

Design and review business scenarios, evaluate AI content, and provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning, with autonomy and flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of postsecondary teaching, strong business knowledge across management, strategy, operations, and finance, and excellent

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured content and feedback frameworks
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Industry or applied business experience beyond academia
• Familiarity with AI tools, content evaluation workflows, or instructional design
