We’re looking for a Management Controller (IFRS 17 & Insurance) to join our team.

This is a high-impact position combining financial expertise, insurance knowledge, and strong analytical capabilities, within a transforming and technically demanding Finance environment.

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of entity results under French GAAP (management view).
• Integrate and validate accounting data to produce reliable P&L reporting.
• Prepare and challenge technical result projections across Budget, Update, Medium‑Term Plan, and Closing phases.
• Perform analytical reviews and variance analysis between different financial phases.
• Prepare executive‑level synthesis reports for Financial Steering, Executive Management, and Group.
• Monitor and analyze gaps between French GAAP and IFRS 17.
• Redesign and enhance economic dashboards for Business Unit Heads.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Financial Steering, IT teams, and Business Units.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical expertise we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with IFRS 17 (mandatory).
• Strong experience working with P&L dynamics and financial performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of insurance business models and technical results.
• Proven experience in Management Control, Finance, or Actuarial environments.
• Strong knowledge of French GAAP principles.
• Ability to define and monitor relevant performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience handling and synthesizing large volumes of financial data.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
• Knowledge of VBA, SAS, Power BI, or Python is a plus.

Academic background:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Management, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• French – Operational level is a plus
