What will be your challenge and goal?

• Analyze the Chrome extension code by doing extensive Code Reverse Engineering and identifying any
• Potential Security violations in the Extension – Static and Dynamic analysis
• Need to well document the Security violations identified along with the suspected code
• To Take down Malicious extensions from the Webstore
• Identify new patterns by analyzing the extensions and discuss the same with the Team and update the Team and bring them up to speed
• Act as Technical consultant to the Team for any clarifications and grooming
• Create Rules to identify any specific Patterns of Security violations and run a sweep to identify items from webstore
• Provide additional recommendations to Client on process / automation opportunities to easily identify specific patterns
  
  

What will make you successful in this position?

• Extensive to Strong development & Hands on experience knowledge on JavaScript , Advanced JavaScript , TypeScript , React JS , Angular
• Should have Good understanding in node.js and webpack coding
• Fair Cyber security experience or cyber security knowledge will be an added
• Should be having Strong - Code Reverse Engineering / Debugging Skills in Front end technologies - Java script , Advanced Java script , React , Angular
• Good experience in working with JS and good knowledge of JavaScript Objects,
• Extensive exp JavaScript Prototype in Plain, Detailed Language, JavaScript Variable Scope and Hoisting JavaScript Closures, JavaScript Callbacks, JavaScript “this”, Bind methods,
• OOP in JavaScript , Expertise with jQuery UI and JSON
• Strong Experience in working with Bootstrap, AJAX and AngularJS
• Obfuscation and deobfuscation knowledge will be an addon
• Good Experience in performing DAST and SAST for web applications - Web applications Vulnerability testing , security assessments and recommend remediations
• Excellent experience in writing technical reports to document findings from the application and suggest the necessary remediations to over come security violations in the application
