Concentrix Porto is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide professional support in Italian and English in Porto, on-site. You will assist customers, deliver accurate information, identify needs and ensure a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role operates on a 24/7 rotational schedule with some night shifts. Relocation and shared accommodation support are available for eligible candidates, and you will be part of an international team delivering

We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team at Concentrix Porto. In this on‑site role, you will provide essential customer support in Italian and English while contributing to a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
