We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team at Concentrix Porto. In this on-site role, you will provide essential customer support in German and English while contributing to a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Working Conditions

• Occasional night shifts, including shifts between 22:00 and 07:00.

• Shared accommodation support may be available for candidates relocating from outside Portugal.
