CTR is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance function in Portugal. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage the maintenance team, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to improve equipment reliability and performance.

The role covers CAPEX project support, energy efficiency initiatives and cost-control actions within a regulated manufacturing environment. English proficiency is required.
