Crossing Hurdles is seeking a research-driven ML engineer to develop and validate machine-learning models, training pipelines, and inference systems. You will contribute to supporting infrastructure and numerical methods, ensuring scalable, reproducible workflows in Python and CLIs.

The role requires a strong academic background in ML and hands-on experience in real-world ML projects. Preference for experience at established tech companies or AI labs with open-source impact.

Formación

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Strong relevant experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience at large tech/AI research environments preferred.
• Exceptional open-source or academic experience may qualify.

Requirements

• A master s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Strong relevant experience in machine learning.
• Practical proficiency with Python and coding agents.
• Experience at a well-established technology company, AI laboratory, research organization, or other recognized engineering environment is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional open-source or academic experience may also qualify.
