GulfDesign UAE in Funchal is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer. You will develop and deploy ML models, collaborate with data scientists and software engineers, and ensure production-ready solutions. The role emphasizes experimentation, data preparation, and model evaluation in a fast-paced environment.

The position is contract-based with visa sponsorship available for international candidates, and accommodation support is provided for non-local applicants.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Math/Stats.
• Minimum 2 years of ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python or R programming skills.
• Experience with TF, Keras or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of regression, classification, clustering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Funchal As a Machine Learning Engineer you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to design build and deploy machine learning solutions This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models using programming languages such as Python or R
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
• Perform data cleaning preprocessing and feature engineering tasks
• Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate model performance and insights
• Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing machine learning models

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• Strong programming skills in Python or R
• Experience working with various machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering etc
• Knowledge of data cleaning techniques and feature engineering methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying machine learning models into production systems
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
