Softlanding, a leading European mobility services provider, is launching a Tech Hub in Porto. You will develop and operate ML/AI solutions in production, build APIs, and deploy CI/CD pipelines to manage models.

You will monitor performance, data quality, drift, and reliability; support retraining and versioning; collaborate with Data Science, Engineering and Product teams to deliver business value.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Software/ML Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience deploying ML models in production.
• Strong knowledge of ML lifecycle and MLOps best practices.
• Proficiency in Python, API development, testing, and software engineering practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and operate ML/AI solutions in production environments.
• Build APIs, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines to deploy and manage ML models.
• Monitor model performance, data quality, drift, and reliability.
• Support model lifecycle activities including retraining, versioning, and rollback.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop and operate ML/AI solutions in production environments;
• Build APIs, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines to deploy and manage ML models;
• Monitor model performance, data quality, drift, and reliability;
• Support model lifecycle activities including retraining, versioning, and rollback;
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and AI teams to deliver business value;
• Contribute to LLMOps, model governance, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Participate in code reviews, incident management, and Agile delivery processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• +3 years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or similar roles;
• Proven experience deploying and operating ML models in production;
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end ML lifecycle and MLOps best practices;
• Proficiency in Python, API development, testing, and software engineering practices;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, MLflow, model registries, and model monitoring;
• Experience with containerization, distributed processing, and model serving;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams;
• Experience in payments, fraud, or fintech environments (nice to have);
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and EU AI Act requirements (nice to have);
• Familiarity with LLMOps and Generative AI operational frameworks (nice to have).
• Strong English (international working environment).
