We are looking for a Loyalty Product Owner to join the team of our client – a reference company in the retail sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a self-contained digital product team accountable for the full lifecycle of our Loyalty platform and services;
  • Collaborate with commercial, CRM, finance, and customer experience teams to shape and optimise loyalty propositions, rewards, and campaign performance across all channels and markets;
  • Act as an extended member of the IT leadership team, working cross-functionally to deliver, support, and continuously improve a high-performing, data-driven loyalty ecosystem that enhances customer value, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital, IT, Business or related field;
  • Minimum 07 years of experience in digital product leadership roles;
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across the full delivery and support lifecycle;
  • Demonstrated commercial accountability and vendor performance management;
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, customer experience, and agile delivery;
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, testing, architecture, compliance, and service management;
  • Product leadership certification (e.g. SAFe) preferred;
  • Good communication and influence skills;
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, financial management, and team leadership skills;
  • Capable of navigating ambiguity and leading in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
