Qualificações

• Experience in consumer brand loyalty program ownership (travel, hospitality, retail).
• Familiarity with CRM/CDP stacks and partner integrations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Define the end Loyalty strategy and program governance.
• Lead a functional team to deliver the Loyalty platform.
• Design member journeys and implement measurement & experimentation.
• Socialise results with Exec/Board.

Conhecimentos

End-to-end ownership of loyalty programs

Practical experience with loyalty ledgers

Strong economic modeling skills

Data-driven product leadership

Excellent communication skills
