Aptiv is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to manage daily logistics operations and lead the logistics team. You will ensure compliance with processes, safety, and quality standards while coordinating with Planning and Production to manage line-feeding and materials.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, plus Excel proficiency. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and safety culture in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Secondary education with technical-professional training or related field.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Knowledge of logistics processes.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the efficient execution of daily logistics operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistcs operator team.
• Monitor logistcs KPIs.
• Implement continuous improvement actions to reduce waste, optimize flows, and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production to manage line-feeding activities and critical materials.
• Enforce warehouse safety rules and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits.
