We are looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our Logistics team.

The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support across logistics and supply chain activities, contributing to the efficient coordination of materials, transportation, inventory and documentation while working closely with internal departments, suppliers and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily coordination of logistics and supply chain activities;
• Assist with purchasing and procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier follow-up;
• Support the coordination and monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments;
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and transportation companies regarding deliveries, collections and logistics requirements;
• Support the monitoring and control of inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records;
• Maintain logistics, purchasing and inventory information in the ERP system;
• Prepare, review and organize shipping, transportation and logistics documentation;
• Support import and export activities, ensuring the required documentation and internal coordination;
• Monitor deliveries and proactively follow up on delays, discrepancies or other logistics issues;
• Support the coordination of materials and supplies required for operational activities;
• Maintain logistics databases, trackers and reports, ensuring the accuracy of the information recorded;
• Support the analysis and follow-up of transportation and freight-related costs;
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Production, Quality Assurance, Sales and other internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations;
• Support internal audits, customer visits and regulatory inspections whenever logistics documentation or information is required;
• Ensure logistics activities are performed in accordance with internal procedures and applicable cGMP requirements;
• Perform other logistics and supply chain-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Academic background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field;
• Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or a similar operational role is preferred;
• Previous experience working with ERP systems is considered an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools;
• Good level of English, both written and spoken;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage priorities and follow up on multiple activities simultaneously;
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across different departments;
• Previous experience in a cGMP, pharmaceutical or other regulated environment is considered an advantage.

Compensation

Annual gross salary between €16,000 and €20,300, depending on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge and overall profile.
