EuroTech in Almada is seeking a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team. The role involves installing, repairing and maintaining locks, keys and security systems to protect clients' properties.

You will handle emergency callouts, provide clear explanations to customers, and document service records. Flexibility for evenings and weekends may be required; own transport preferred.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Locksmith or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of different types of locks and security systems.
• Ability to use locksmith tools and equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle emergency situations.
• Good communication skills to explain technical information to clients.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

We are hiring a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team in Almada

The ideal candidate should have experience in locksmithing and be able to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits

As a Locksmith Technician you will be responsible for providing locksmith services to our clients in Almada

This includes installing repairing and maintaining various types of locks keys and security systems

You will also be responsible for responding to emergency calls and providing timely solutions to lockout situations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients
• Keep accurate records of all services provided
• Stay updated on new locksmith techniques and tools

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Locksmith or similar role
• Strong knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
• Ability to use locksmith tools and equipment effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet in emergency situations
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients
• Must have own transportation and valid drivers license
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or training in locksmithing
• Previous experience working with electronic security systems
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese
