Axians Portugal is seeking a Loan Servicing Officer to manage and service complex credit transactions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing of syndicated loans and bilateral operations. You will support data quality, operational efficiency, and proper execution of credit events while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience working in credit servicing, loan operations, back-office, or similar financial services environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of credit products and structured credit operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, and proactivity.
• Excellent English communication skills (expert level).

Responsabilidades

• Manage all credit lifecycle events, including drawdowns, full or partial repayments, transfers, fee accounting, accounting breaks follow-up, and deal termination.
• Perform post-processing activities related to transactions, including incoming cash monitoring, payments, and pending transactions follow-up.
• Ensure accurate bookings and updates within the loan management system.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues related to credit servicing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in credit operations.
