Sovos is hiring an LLM Ops Lead in Lisbon, Portugal to scale and govern Generative AI across the business. You’ll own AI quality standards, release gates, and observability, collaborating with Product and Engineering to ensure safe, reliable AI systems.

Qualificações

We're looking for an LLM Ops Lead with 2-3 years of experience to help scale, govern, and operationalize Generative AI across the business while ensuring quality, safety, observability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
