A leading travel technology company based in Portugal is seeking a Litigation and Legal Product Associate to enhance the traveller's journey. In this full-time remote role, you will support the Litigation department, manage case coordination, and collaborate on the legal aspects of travel products. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Law, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in English, as well as familiarity with additional languages. Qualificações

  • Master of Tech and Digital legal items with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Admission to the National Bar Association is a plus.
  • Fluent in at least one additional language (Italian/German/French/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the Litigation department with case management activities.
  • Liaise with external counsel for effective case handling.
  • Prepare guidance documents and training materials.
  • Support implementation of internal processes involving Competition, Consumer, and Tourism Law analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver guidance documents, templates, and training materials under supervision.
  • Contribute to scalable legal processes supporting sustainable growth.
  • Draft and review international contracts including distribution, sales, agency, service, lease, sponsorship, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory and contractual framework for online travel products.

Job Description

We are looking for a Litigation and Legal Product Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers.

The job in brief:

Job Title - Litigation and Legal Product Associate

Working model - full-remote from Portugal

Team - you will join the Litigation and Legal Product team within the Business Legal department. reporting to Litigation and Legal Product Counsel

Level – seniority level is of a junior/associate profile with 2–3 years of prior experience

Location - Portugal

Contract - Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h/week)

Travel time required - average 15% needed

What your impact will be:

Support the Litigation department, coordinating paralegals and case management activities across different markets, with a particular focus on the UK market.

Coordinate and liaise with external counsel to ensure effective case handling, consistency, and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with the Legal Product team in reviewing and advising on the main legal aspects of the company’s travel products and related commercial initiatives.

Support the implementation of internal processes involving Competition Law, Consumer Law, and Tourism Law analysis.

Prepare and deliver guidance documents, templates, and training materials for internal teams under the supervision of the Group Legal & Litigation Counsel.

Contribute to the development and optimization of scalable legal processes that support sustainable business growth.

Draft and review a wide range of international contracts, including distribution, sales, agency, service, lease, sponsorship, and confidentiality agreements.

Provide legal advice on the regulatory and contractual framework applicable to the offering and sale of online travel products.

Qualifications

Your expertise:

  • Degree in Law. Admission to the National Bar Association is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands‑on manner; demonstrating problem‑solving attitude
  • Perfect knowledge of English language (mandatory) – full proficiency of at least one of the following languages Italian/German/French/Spanish is a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational and project management, consistently meeting deadlines and effectively prioritising tasks.
  • Confidence in providing support to both legal teams and business units.
  • Capability to showcase commercial awareness and a deep understanding of business requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs), maintaining a consistently high standard of knowledge and application
