Cloudflare, Inc. is hiring a Systems Engineer for the WARP team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on backend systems enabling device management via our Zero Trust Network solution, with emphasis on growth, scalability, and high availability.

You will design, implement, and maintain features end-to-end, collaborating with a distributed team to meet customer requirements. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software engineering, experience with Go or Rust, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and strong

Formación

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience managing high-availability systems with disaster recovery support.
• Experience in Go or Rust.
• Experience in TypeScript.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs at scale.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Knowledge of distributed NoSQL databases.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions.
• Own features end-to-end and contribute to the team projects and objectives
• Collaborate with a distributed team of engineers through code reviews, design discussions and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the team roadmap by identifying engineering opportunities and improvements for the success of the team and product.
• Collaborate with other Zero Trust teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
• Help the team meet project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
