Job summary

Cognizant in Lisbon is seeking Content Moderators to safeguard online communities by reviewing and analyzing user-generated content, including graphic material. You will work in a fast-paced team, ensuring safety and compliance across platforms.

Position involves 40 hours/week in rotative 3 shifts, across Monday to Sunday. Training, health insurance, wellbeing programs, and relocation support for eligible candidates moving to Lisbon are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish at C1 level or higher.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week (40h/week).
• Experience in a BPO or similar service environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review user flagging reports regarding video content.
• Follow client policies and guidelines.
• Identify non-compliant content and flag for action.
• Meet turnaround times and quality standards.
• Recognize trends and escalate issues as needed.
• Use market insights to improve user support.
