SafeHarbor Logistics is seeking a Preservation Architect for a part-time role in Lisbon. The candidate will work on preservation and maintenance of historic buildings, conducting research, assessing conditions, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to develop restoration plans.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 3+ years in preservation, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp, knowledge of local codes, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation/conservation projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and historic preservation guidelines.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting research and analysis on historical buildings and structures.
• Assessing the condition of existing structures and developing plans for restoration or repair.
• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop preservation plans.
• Producing detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for restoration projects.
• Overseeing construction projects to ensure adherence to preservation standards.
• Providing guidance on best practices for preserving historic buildings and structures.
