FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking multilingual Customer Support Specialists / Content Moderators for on-site roles with multiple start dates. You'll handle customer inquiries and moderate content across languages, with relocation support available.

The position is full-time, on-site in Lisbon, offering €900–€1,500 gross per month depending on language, project, and market, plus relocation assistance and onboarding support.

Qualificações

• Fluency in one of the required languages and a reliable working level of English.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory).
• Availability to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon.
• Readiness to start a new role relatively quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support and content moderation across multiple languages.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Identify and escalate issues per project guidelines.
