Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Multilingual Content Moderator / Customer Service Specialist to join a global team. You will review user-generated content for compliance and support clients via chat, email and phone, delivering empathetic, solution-oriented service.

The role requires relocation to Lisbon, EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence/work permit, and language fluency including at least C1 in a target language and English at B2. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualificações

• Minimum C1 in target language and minimum B2 in English.
• ONLY EU Citizens or holders of a valid Portuguese residence/work permit.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Content Moderation: Reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and safety policies.
• Customer Support: Resolving incoming client queries via chat, email, and phone with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach.
