Avanta Works in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Entry Level Merchandiser to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and promoting products in retail stores, visiting assigned locations, and ensuring displays are inviting and well-stocked.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; the position offers a monthly salary of 1100 USD, visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens, and a roundtrip ticket to Lisbon, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must work full-time, including weekends if necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and generate reports.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs when setting up displays or moving products.

Responsabilidades

• Visit assigned retail stores and ensure products are displayed and stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock with store managers as needed.
• Set up promotional displays that comply with company standards and catch attention.
• Conduct product training for store staff to boost knowledge and sales.
• Collect data on sales, customer feedback, and competitor activity in assigned stores.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Regional Manager.
