Job summary

Global Citizen Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to support Global Talent Acquisition and its quickly growing Legal Department in Lisbon. The role requires meticulous document handling, experience with immigration/mobility processes, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in immigration or mobility, a Law degree, and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential for delivering compliant client services.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in immigration, tax or mobility.
• Degree in Law with bar association status.
• Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and submission of certificates and statements.
• Manage client documents using relocation services in Portugal.
• Assess visa and residence permit applications.
• Support document management including archiving.
• Obtaining public documents.
