Job summary

Aquanav in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our construction team. You will construct and install concrete formwork according to blueprints.

This full-time role offers accommodation and visa support for the right candidate, with a focus on safety, precision, and working at height.

Join a hands-on crew building structures, reading drawings, measuring materials, and finishing concrete surfaces to specification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker or in a similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine formwork layout and dimensions.
• Measure and cut materials to specified sizes using hand or power tools.
• Assemble wooden or metal forms for pouring concrete.
• Install reinforcing bars into forms as required.
• Pour and level concrete in forms.
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete.
• Remove forms after curing and prepare them for reuse.
• Adhere to all safety procedures on site.
