Samlino Group is seeking a Growth Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our three markets from Lisbon. You will own projects, set ambitious goals, and translate them into actionable plans while enjoying the energy of a fast-moving, international environment.

You will travel regularly to our markets, partner with cross-functional teams, and coach high-performing squads to deliver measurable outcomes and exceptional experiences for users and partners.

Qualificações

• Ambitious, proactive, fast learner with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English and EU work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Own projects and drive results across multiple initiatives.
• Define objectives, plans, and deliverables for each project.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability and clarify roles for the team.
• Build and coach high-performing teams delivering 5-star experiences.
• Lead cross-geography project assignments and value creation.
