Samlino Group is seeking an Operating Principal to lead cross-market initiatives from our Lisbon base. You will own projects end-to-end, drive ambitious plans, and collaborate with teams across three markets. The role rewards initiative, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll partner with international peers and founders to scale operations, while traveling and learning from multiple markets to accelerate growth and impact.

Qualificações

• Results-driven candidate with strong ambition and proactivity.
• Willing to travel across markets and work with international teams.
• Fluency in English and EU work permit required.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive multiple projects end-to-end with clear objectives and deliverables.
