Menhir is seeking a generalist full stack engineer for our Lisbon headquarters to work on an AI-powered revenue recovery platform for healthcare clinics across Europe and the Americas. You will own the stack end-to-end, from AI agent orchestration to product interfaces used by clinics and patients.

You will join as the first engineer in Lisbon, shaping the product with the team, and driving decisions that scale from hundreds of clinics to tens of thousands across markets.

Qualificações

• Generalist capable across the full stack, from AI orchestration to UI.
• Proven ability to ship features with real impact.
• Hands-on experience with large language models beyond prompts.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript.
• Fluent English; Portuguese or Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first Lisbon-based engineer, shaping the product end-to-end.
