mgm is building a new location in Portugal and invites you to join an early phase team focused on cloud and virtualization. You will work in a Linux environment using ACS, Proxmox, KVM, Ansible and Terraform to deploy production systems and automate complex tasks.

The role requires strong problem solving, on-call readiness and English fluency; mgm offers flexible hours, 25 days vacation with add-ons, meal and transport allowances, and opportunities for internal trainings and career growth.

Qualificações

• Extensive Linux cloud/virtualisation experience (ACS, Proxmox, KVM).
• Ability to automate with Python/PowerShell in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with logging/monitoring/orchestration tools (ELK, Prometheus).

Responsabilidades

• Deploy new cloud and virtualization tech (ACS, Proxmox, KVM) to production independently.
• Develop automated solutions for requirements beyond standards.
• Analyse and resolve incidents, determine root causes.
• Migrate system landscapes; model dependencies; plan CI/CD rollout strategies.
• Automate and document operational processes; coordinate with teams; maintain knowledge bases.
• Ensure reliability by testing processes and managing rollbacks and user communication.
