Emma Sleep is seeking a Submanager for our new Almada Fórum store in Setúbal. You will lead the sales team, drive customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the Store Manager on scheduling and commercial analysis to maximize store performance.

Qualificações

• Experience as Submanager or Senior Sales in retail.
• Strong sales skills with customer-centric approach.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and translate into actions.

• Understand customer preferences and recommend products for a high-quality experience.
• Oversee stock management and shift planning; ensure merchandising standards.
• Step in for Store Manager when needed and assist with training sessions.
