• Process interlibrary loan requests from other libraries
• Answer phone calls emails and in-person inquiries about library services and resources
• Assist with planning and implementing library programs and events for all ages
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry record keeping and inventory management

We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian Assistant to join our team in Faro.

As a Librarian Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the library including cataloging and shelving books maintaining library materials and providing excellent customer service to patrons.
