About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring online safety and compliance? Were seeking a Legal Operation Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for moderating written content on social media platforms, identifying and addressing issues such as fraud and copyright infringement. Youll handle legal requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with client policies, guidelines, and performance metrics. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines. This role primarily involves flagging and assessing social media profiles and related content, focusing on written information.

Responsibilities:

  • Moderate written content on social media platforms to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement.
  • Review and process legal requests promptly and accurately.
  • Understand and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times and meet quality standards.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Language: Fluent in German (written and spoken), B2 level English.
  • Good understanding of KPIs and metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT).
  • No previous experience required; maximum up to 12 months experience within content moderation preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.

Conditions & Benefits:

  • Annual Base Salary: 15,260 (including meal and transportation allowances)
  • Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary
  • Language Premium Bonus: 3,240/year
  • Total Annual Compensation: 18,500 gross

  • Type of Contract: 2-month training agreement + 1-year fixed-term contract with 30 days probation

    • Relocation bonus: 2,000 gross (paid with first payroll cycle)
    • Additional 1,000 gross relocation bonus (if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area to Lisbon)
