Solenis is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join its EMEA Legal team. You will support business stakeholders across the EMEA region, focusing on commercial contracts, disputes, M&A transactions, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M), European bar admission, at least 5 years of postgraduate legal experience, fluency in English, and the right to work in the EU. The position is based in Portugal with a hybrid working arrangement.
