About The Role

Are you a lusophone lawyer looking to bring your commercial law and transactions experience to a world-class In‑House Legal Team? We are seeking a driven associate-level lawyer to join Fever’s international Legal Team, focusing on supporting Fever’s operations in Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions. As Legal Counsel, Commercial General, you will develop diverse legal skills and a strong instinct for negotiating, reviewing, and finalising commercial contracts, partnering with regional business leads to enable Fever’s continued growth as a leading entertainment platform. This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your legal expertise and contribute to Fever’s mission while taking ownership of important projects.

This role will entail

• Drafting / revising Portuguese and English language commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP documentation, and similar legal documents
• Supporting commercial teams in the negotiation of deals and documents
• Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters
• Assisting with knowledge management and operational excellence within Legal, including templates, guides, processes, and tools
• Participating in ongoing compliance functions and product advice as required
• Upskilling and supporting the growth of other team members

Requirements

• Be a practising lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with high emotional intelligence
• Experience working on international projects or with global teams
• A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
